Job Description
- Being responsible in recruitment and management of a team of pre-sales specialists.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the presales team in the areas of technical knowledge enhancement, customer requirement study, presentation and demonstration skill.
- Acquire and equipped with in-depth product knowledge of the assigned product portfolio and provide high-level consulting when require.
- Develop and maintain close working relationship with principal’s Sales Engineers to ensure product messaging are in line and proposed solutions are appropriate to meet customer’s requirement.
- Act as a liaison between sales & post-sales team in bridging the gap of commercial and technical feasibility.
Job Requirement
