Education: Post graduate degree from premier institutions or equivalent
Role Overview
The Head – Total Rewards will lead the organization’s Total rewards strategy across a large and diverse employee population. The role requires a strategic and execution-focused leader with strong expertise in enterprise total rewards, variable pay structures, sales incentive programs, rewards governance, and large-scale Total rewards operations.
The incumbent should have prior experience managing Total rewards frameworks for organizations with massive employee strength across multiple functions and workforce segments.
