Head – Transactions Advisory & Acquisitions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead origination and execution of land and real estate acquisition opportunities, including IBC/NCLT and other special situation transactions.
- Drive end-to-end deal lifecycle —sourcing, underwriting, structuring, bidding, negotiation, and closure of complex land and stressed asset transactions.
- Evaluate investment opportunities based on location dynamics, zoning, land-use regulations, and development potential across NCR/Haryana.
- Oversee legal, title, and regulatory due diligence , ensuring risk identification and mitigation in line with internal investment frameworks.
