Job Description
Governance & Risk Management
- Oversee the governance and control framework for the Wealth Management business, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage operational risk and control programs, including incident reporting, operational loss tracking, audits, compliance reviews, and remediation tracking.
- Ensure adherence to wealth sales governance standards and suitability requirements across the end-to-end customer engagement journey.
- Review, update, and maintain operational procedures, governance documentation, and control standards.
- Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Business stakeholders on governance-related matters.
Sales Process Management
