About the job Health and Safety Coordinator/ Officer
Duties and responsibilities:
- PPE management
- Facilitate distribution of clean laundry
- Housekeeping and stock control
- Communication with relevant heads of department
- Cooperate with HSE site team for control of the HSE documentation drawn up by the contractor and, if necessary, make amendments to it.
- Implement, support, and monitor all initiatives aimed at improving safety and environmental standards on site cooperating with the site HSE team, and providing timely information on events of interest.
- Draw up periodic reporting of KPIs to HSEQ department in compliance with Project Companys guidelines.
- Investigation of incidents (near misses, emergency situation, first aid) analysing the information, defining the root cause, identifying risk control measures, and formulating report & action plan for implementation.
