Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly team. We are a well organised practice in Rastrick, Brighouse, who strive to consistently provide high quality care to all our patients. Our growing list size currently stands at over 5200 patients. We offer excellent appointment access without telephone triage and our patient feedback is consistently positive.
The practice is a member of West Yorkshire ICB, Pennine GP Alliance, and the Lower Valley Primary Care Network.
The hours are 16hrs p/w - Days / times to be agreed with the successful applicant.
Main duties of the job
Venepuncture, new patient health checks, baseline observations such as pulse oximetry, blood pressure, temperature and pulse rate, ECG monitoring, wound care, dressings, ear irrigation, and support the Practice Nurse with the management of chronic diseases.
