Healthcare Assistant (Nights)
33 hours per week at Belle Vue Care Home, Belle Vue Road, Paignton, TQ4 6ER.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will support residents in their daily personal care needs and assist with activities that promote health and wellbeing. You will work directly with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and enablement workers, as well as NHS professionals, to achieve resident outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support to residents.
- Assist residents with activities such as arts and crafts, drama, gardening, shopping trips and social events.
- Collaborate with physiotherapy, occupational therapy and enablement teams to deliver care plans.
- Support residents to maintain independence and dignity.
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in resident health or wellbeing.
