* Location: Inpatient Unit Thames Hospital * Permanent Position * Rostered and rotating shifts. You will be required to work some night shifts

About the role:
The patient group are largely elderly (although not all), who have been admitted with a medical problem and who require assistance with daily cares whilst they are unwell.
The Rehabilitation Unit provides a slightly different focus for patients whom are clinically stable and require active rehabilitation so they can return safely to their own homes
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Work under supervision of the Registered or Enrolled Nurse. * Providing the daily hygiene cares for patients. * Maintain patients physical safety. * Play an active role in the Multi-disciplinary team * Restocking cupboards with supplies necessary for daily ...
