Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated person with experience of working with people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and a forensic history. Previous experience in a similar area of work will be beneficial, with knowledge and experience of implementing positive behaviour support (PBS) with individuals who may present with complex behaviours that challenge.
Hafod Y Wennol is a 6‑bed locked assessment and rehabilitation unit. The unit provides multi‑disciplinary assessment, intervention and rehabilitation of individuals assessed as ready to step down from low secure and locked rehab environments. Individuals are supported to move to more independent living within their local area.
