- Assess and process daily health insurance claims accurately according to policy terms and guidelines.
- Ensure claims are reviewed and completed within required turnaround time.
- Follow up on pending claims and handle customer/intermediary enquiries professionally.
- Manage and resolve claims‑related feedback or complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare claims reports and support team operations when required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
- Support training and knowledge sharing within the team.
