The Escalations Agent is responsible for handling customer complaints, queries, and escalations in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities Receive and manage complaints and escalations through the relevant workflow system. Investigate complaints by gathering all necessary information and supporting documents.
