Job Overview
The Health Records Co‑ordinator will have delegated operational management of the Acute Health Records Services and will be responsible for providing an essential support service in the continuing care of patients, ensuring that the case notes are at the right place at the right time.
The Health Records Co‑ordinator will support the delivery of the Health Records Operational Plan by supporting the Assistant Health Records Site Manager, and will actively promote the vision for the Health Records Service working toward a digital records future.
