• Writing a COSHH Risk Assessment from supplied Material Safety Data Sheet on our MS Word template document.
• Reviewing existing COSHH Risk Assessments from supplied Material Safety Data Sheets, updating as necessary.
• Supplying the resulting documents in MS Word format and compliant with UK regulations.

The contractor should.

• Be suitably competent, i.e. hold a recognised UK Health & Safety qualification or international equivalent.
• Hold suitable Professional Indemnity Insurance. £5m equivalent.
• Capable of turning around requests within 2-3 working days.
• Provide a fixed price for an assessment and a fixed price for a review.
