Job Description
We are seeking experienced Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE) Advisors to support a major turnaround project in Alberta. This role is critical to ensuring safe execution of turnaround activities, with a strong focus on high-risk work scopes and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site HSE support during turnaround operations
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Conduct field-level risk assessments and hazard identification
- Support safe execution of high-risk activities, including:
- Confined space entry
- Energy isolation procedures
- Verify proper application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) processes
- Lead and participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident investigations
