Responsibilities
- Be responsible for site‑specific safety orientation, job site inspections and accident/incident reporting.
- Monitor employees and subcontractors on site to ensure compliance with safety procedures and address issues.
- Proactively identify and prevent hazardous situations and implement corrective actions.
- Organize and conduct training programs including WHMIS, fall protection, PPE, CPR/first aid.
- Create, maintain, and educate all site staff on a safety‑first culture.
- Review subcontractor pre‑construction safety submittals.
