Meridian Wine Distribution is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HSE Administrator to provide administrative and document control support for all Health, Safety and Environmental functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance records, reports, certificates, and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain supplier files, audit files, inspection records, toolbox talks, and HSE documentation.
- Ensure all certificates, reports, and compliance records are current and accessible.
- File and maintain incident reports, training records, and audit documentation.
- Assist with document control and HSE reporting.
- Assist with preparation and submission of legal and compliance documentation.
- Track equipment certifications, inspections, and expiry dates.
