On our large‑scale job sites, every decision, every action, and every plan integrates safety as a top priority. As part of a major project, we are looking for a Health & Safety Manager who will play both a strategic and operational role at the heart of the site.
What you will do
- Manage a team of OHS officers (COSS)
- Act as the Health & Safety (H&S) reference on site and provide guidance to your team and project supervision
- Influence and mobilize teams (superintendents, foremen, subcontractors)
- Ensure implementation of the project’s prevention program
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Actively participate in planning and risk analysis phases
