- Define and lead the HSE policy in line with management’s strategic direction.
- Set objectives for health, safety, and workplace well‑being.
- Monitor regulatory and technical developments related to best practices.
- Plan, ensure compliance, and follow up on audits and external inspections in partnership with our external firm Médial.
- Identify, assess, and prevent workplace safety risks.
