Our work ranges from secure mental health transfers and hospital bedwatch to supporting patients in places of safety.
As a Health Care Assistant you will be at the heart of this service, supporting patients during transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort, and working alongside qualified nurses and other healthcare professionals. Every shift brings variety, from providing crisis intervention to maintaining a reassuring presence during transport.
