What you will be doing
You will join an inclusive and supportive team providing care for women over 18 with complex emotional and mental health problems, including personality disorder or severe mental illness. Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, including assisting with personal hygiene. The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.
