Job details Healthcare Assistant Bank The home Situated in Nantwich, Cheshire, a beautiful medieval market town on the banks of the River Weaver and surrounding glorious Cheshire countryside, St Catherines is a purpose built 39 bedded care home which provides specialist nursing care to older people and people living with dementia. Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care, such as showering, shaving, oral hygiene and dressing Administering medication Monitoring health and wellbeing Maintaining records and reporting any changes Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks. Providing emotional support and companionship. Helping with everyday life care, such as mobility and mealtimes. Supporting people with social and physical activities.
