Ward 34 is a 29 bedded Acute Medical Ward in the Aintree site. Under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse, you will assist the Ward / Department team in providing the highest possible standard of basic care for patients and their families/carers. As a Band 2 Health Care Assistant, duties will include supporting the registered nursing teams in providing patient care, clinical duties such as assisting patients with personal hygiene, meeting nutritional needs, completing risk assessments and implementing care plans.
