MedRisk is seeking Customer Service Professionals (CSP's) in the Philippines responsible for answering claims-related inquiries from network providers. The role involves effective communication with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensuring quality standards are met.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of call center experience, preferably in healthcare, and possess strong multitasking, communication, and data entry skills. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is also required.
