Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Healthcare Consulting / Healthcare Analytics / Contact Center Consulting.
- Strong understanding of contact center metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, SLA, occupancy, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, data modeling).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
