Job Description

Healthcare Consultant I Case Manager Miami Dade County, FL

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required (Social Work or related field preferred; nursing degrees not accepted)

  • Minimum 1 year of case management experience (required)

  • Case Management Certificate and long-term care experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and MS Teams

  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
