HiredFirst Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Healthcare Credentialing Specialist to manage the onboarding and credentialing process for nurses, therapists, allied health professionals, advanced practice providers, and locum tenens professionals nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary credentialing contact for healthcare professionals and the facility after placement confirmation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and the facility throughout the onboarding process.
- Act as the liaison between the caregiver, facility, recruiter, account manager, and MSP/VMS representative.
- Review assignment requirements and create credentialing checklists.
- Collect, verify, track, and upload required credentials into MSP/VMS platforms and client portals.
- Ensure all credentialing requirements are completed prior to start dates.
