- Will answer inquiries and concerns from insured members (HMO) and hospital staff
- Graduate or undergraduate (completed at least 3 years) of any medical allied course (Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Dentistry, Nutrition & Dietetics)
