Job Description

Provide support to patients, providers, and insurance members by handling inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and general healthcare concerns. Ensure accurate documentation and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats
  • Assist with insurance eligibility, benefits, and claims status
  • Support billing inquiries and account updates
  • Document interactions accurately and follow HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

  • 2 years CSR/BPO experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic medical or insurance knowledge is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite and nightshift schedules
