Candidates with Learning & Development experience that goes beyond administrative responsibilities or vendor management. In particular, looking for individuals with hands‑on experience in curriculum design and programme development. Experience in designing leadership and managerial programmes would certainly be an added advantage.
Strategic Talent Partnering- Co‑lead in implementation of talent management and succession planning processes from end to end, including talent nominations, talent assessments, talent reviews, talent development and talent engagement.
