- Own the total number of partner providers we have
- Keep our partner churn rate to a minimum
- Scout for relevant partners for pitching and onboarding
- Monitor partner coverage and their respective utilization
- Identify areas of growth think our healthcare provider network and execute plans to either (1) increase their transaction volume and/or (2) basket size
- Identify significant problem areas and collaborate with the Service Delivery team to address them
- Represent KMD in relevant meetings, industry and community events to widen our funnel of potential partners.
- Mentor your team. Identify high‑potential teammates and endorse them for additional training and exposure.
Requirements
