Key Responsibilities: • Manage and execute main project contracts • Coordinate meetings with diverse stakeholders • Negotiate and draft sub-contracts • Supervise contractual compliance and change orders • Support project departments in contract execution
Requirements: • Licensed lawyer in Ontario • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience • Strong background in construction law • Excellent negotiation and writing skills • Ability to analyze and manage risks
