We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a healthcare organization. This contract position will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across corporate and healthcare roles, helping teams attract talent with relevant experience in a competitive market. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to sourcing, strong partnership skills, and hands-on experience managing recruiting activity through an applicant tracking system, including SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding handoff for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define talent needs, align on candidate profiles, and create effective search strategies for corporate and engineering openings.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
