Purpose
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by HealthPRO Procurement Services Inc. (HealthPRO Canada) in order to develop national contracts for I.D. Bands , which meet the specific clinical and business needs of our committed membership and to qualify products/services (collectively Products) and suppliers/distributors (collectively Suppliers) for inclusion in HealthPRO Canadas Qualification Supplier Roster (QSR). Suppliers selected for inclusion will enter into a Qualified Supplier Roster Agreement (Roster Agreement).Suppliers responding to this RFP must be a single legal entity that, if selected, intends to enter into a contract award, and to be included in HealthPRO Canadas QSR.
