Alongside the recruitment for substantive roles in the programme delivery team, we are also seeking expressions of interest for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all four trusts. You will become a member of a network of experts that the programme will call upon for advice and information about the specialities and departments that you represent. SMEs will continue to work in their existing clinical or operational role alongside providing advice, responding to questions and supporting the Lead Subject Matter Experts in their role.
You are not expected to be a digital expert, instead we need you to be able to envision how services will be transformed. You will work with other SMEs across our four trusts to agree how the EHR should be configured to deliver the best outcomes for patients and service users.
