We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor based in Barnet. As a Social Housing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our social housing units. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- HHSRS and General damp, structural and building diagnostic knowledge (minimum 5 years).
- Inspect properties to identify repair and maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
