Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is looking for a Senior Heart Assessment Team Sister/Charge Nurse in Shrewsbury. This part-time, permanent position focuses on managing heart failure and cardiac rehabilitation patients. The successful candidate will be an NMC registered Nurse with Cardiology experience.
In this role, you will provide specialized care and lead junior team members in delivering patient-centred rehabilitation. You will be expected to complete relevant courses to progress from Band 6 to Band 7.
