Position Summary
Heart of House Specialists support essential hotel operations across multiple departments. They prepare fresh linen, maintain dishware and cleaning equipment, and transport dishes, ensuring a safe and professional workplace. They uphold quality standards, maintain a clean appearance, and provide supportive teamwork while reporting accidents and safety concerns.
Responsibilities
General Kitchen
- Follow personal hygiene procedures and food safety practices (clean hands, proper hat/hairnet, appropriate footwear).
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the relevant personnel.
- Receive deliveries, store perishables correctly, and rotate stock.
Dishwashing Activities
- Store clean wares appropriately.
- Clean and troubleshoot dishwashing machines, including disassembling, clearing, and inspecting spray arms.
