Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- Support various hotel functions across departments such as kitchen and food & beverage; perform cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards and maintain a professional appearance.
- Support the team to reach common goals and maintain positive working relationships with other employees.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions as required.
- Perform basic manual tasks of moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods.
Specific Tasks
- General Kitchen: Follow personal hygiene procedures; disinfect hands and kitchen equipment; wear hat, hairnet, and proper footwear; report maintenance issues; clean and disinfect high‑risk areas; maintain knowledge of food safety programs and Dubai Municipality standards; store perishables properly; r...
