Job Description
Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Heat Treat Technician- 2nd Shift at our Jackson, MS site. The core hours are 3:30pm to 12:00am. The hourly rate for this position is $22.01 plus $1.00/hour shift differential per hour.

+ Read and understand work instructions.
+ Read and complete inspection ledger, inspection check sheet, operation sheet, move ticket and discrepancy report (DR) and other paperwork as necessary to comply with Quality Systems.
+ Operation of gas and electric heat treat furnaces.
+ Operate and program microprocessor control and carburizing furnace.
+ Operate induction machines, set grid control, P control, and kilovolts to ensure correct frequency.
