Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Stowmarket area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Association contract.
The Role
- Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
- Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.
- Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
- Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records
Requirements
- 2 years' experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
- Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault‑finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
