This career opportunity is available at Santam in our Motor Claims department for a Heavy Commercial Vehicle Assessor Manager, who will be based in Parktown, Johannesburg.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage a team of Motor HCV Assessors (Heavy Commercial Vehicle assessors, GIT assessors and Leisure claim Assessors) and cost, providing client satisfaction by monitoring targets, deadlines and compliance to service level agreements.
- Optimize team performance aligned with Santam strategy.
- Support company strategic objectives around profit, growth and cost reduction.
- Drive employee engagement through continuous performance discussions and set agreed team goals.
- Manage and report on business performance and build and maintain relationships.
- Oversee validation of motor COE claims after registration, assessment and quantification of damages.
