Position Summary
Kiewit is currently seeking experienced Heavy‑Duty Mechanic Forepersons for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
Position Requirements
- This is a working foreperson position
- Possession of a valid Journeyperson (JM) Off‑Road Heavy‑Duty Mechanic Ticket
- Minimum 5 years’ experience maintaining and repairing diverse types of equipment
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Industrial construction
Compensation And Shift Details
- Base wage: $59.80 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement
- ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week)
- Nightshift: $3.00 per hour premium if working nightsVacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
- Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
