**Construction Spotter – Data Site (Omaha, NE)**
We are looking for Construction Spotters to support equipment operators on a large-scale data center project in Omaha. This role is critical to maintaining safety and preventing costly damage by guiding operators in tight, high-traffic work areas.
**Position Details**
+ **Pay:** $21–$24/hour (based on experience)
+ **Schedule:**
+ Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
+ **Location:** Omaha, NE
+ **Job Site:** Active data center construction project
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assist heavy equipment operators in tight or congested spaces
+ Use hand signals and two-way radios to direct equipment safely
+ Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to prevent damage or incidents
+ Ensure safe movement of machinery, materials, and personnel
