With a focus on quality and efficiency, WCL seeks a seasoned Scraper Operator with a strong background in heavy civil construction. You will bring 3–5+ years of experience in operating motor scrapers, ensuring material is moved efficiently. Collaborate with our team to achieve cutting-edge results while maintaining safety on job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and haul materials using scrapers
• Conduct cut-to-grade and pre-grade tasks
• Work harmoniously with other equipment operators
• Ensure safety and efficiency in operations
• Understand and apply cut/fill balancing techniques
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in scraper operation
• Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• WHMIS & CSTS 2020 certifications are a plus
