**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Technician**

**Overview**
Heavy Equipment Technician working in a hydralift shop, responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mobile cranes and heavy equipment. Focus on hydraulic systems, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and compliant operation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and install hydraulic cranes per drawings and specifications
+ Install and service hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders)
+ Mount and align cranes on truck chassis
+ Perform mechanical fitting of booms, outriggers, and structures
+ Test and commission equipment to ensure performance and compliance
+ Troubleshoot and repair cranes, heavy equipment, and trucks
+ Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
+ Interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
+ Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
+ Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
