Job Title:
Heavy Goods vehicle driver (TMA)
Job Purpose:
The Truck Mounted Attenuator Driver (TMA Driver) will complete assigned traffic control tasks by driving a TMA to specified locations for lane closures on Abu Dhabi highways and other roadways. TMA Driver must be constantly aware of both the construction and traffic activity taking place around them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety PPE.
- Drive Management of Traffic (MOT) vehicle to and from project and on work site.
- Place arrow board or variable message board in work area.
- Check work zone throughout shift to be sure items are still in their proper location.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift 2025 kg weight occasionally.
- Proper work attire.
