- Identify and validate real business pain + urgency
- Apply MEDDPICC qualification discipline
- Convert demand into Sales Qualified Leads and NBM‑ready opportunities
- Progress only fully qualified opportunities into sales pipeline
- Own pipeline hygiene and discipline
- 1–2+ years BDR/SDR (hunting experience preferred)
- Strong IT / SaaS / enterprise software understanding
