Quantum Insights is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Help Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal employees and external clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests from employees and clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install and configure software applications and updates
- Maintain and update user accounts and security permissions
