Job Description
System One is seeking a Helpdesk Agent for a long-term contract opportunity offering a hybrid work model, in support of our client in Lynchburg, VA. This is full-time opportunity, with M-F work days. Candidates must be local to Lynchburg and surrounding to be considered.
As Helpdesk Agent, you will be responsible for providing support to end users on a variety of issues. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems; as well as, responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. You will document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
Responsibilities:
+ Provides Help Desk support to customers for all areas related to Information Systems.
+ Enter and monitor all Help Desk calls in database, determine and assign category and priority levels, escalate problems.
