This is a remote position. Help Desk Manager (DAI, Financial) - Fully Remote Secret+ BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a skilled and experienced Help Desk Manager (DAI, Financial). The Helpdesk Manager shall provide daily supervision, direction, and guidance to contract personnel responsible for remote-access user support and training, including organizing, directing, and monitoring the work of qualified personnel, and scheduling personnel rotations to ensure efficient and effective helpdesk coverage and support operations.
